To those of you who have had Hamilton: did you charge processing/order/handling fees for in-person sales? If so, is that a break from the norm or standard policy for in-person sales? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

We had Hamilton last summer. No service fees for in person orders - this is standard for our venue.
We did not change any fee policies for Hamilton. We do have a cap in place for service fees online so some of the tickets would have hit the cap but that is standard as well.
