In regards to Dynamic Pricing down - or reverse demand - is anyone out there successfully doing this?
Any tips or anything learned in the process you could share with us? We use Dynamic pricing increases but were recently asked by our Management team about pricing down.

Hi Laura,
We have found that rezoning is best for us rather than changing prices down. It seems like it is easier to track what price points people are interested in that way. As a rule, if we need to price below what the starting price was, we look to see if rezoning would be the better option, and it usually is. Does that make sense?
Thanks! So, Would you rezone the house for the whole production or individual performances only?
We do it show by show, so that we are only effecting the prices for the performances that need help, and continue to get the additional revenue from the ones that don't need the help.
