I'm curious to know whether many people are using the 'Synopsis' in Tess for Sellers' Information? If not, what do you use, and if you do, do you find it effective? We use it, and think it's quite an efficient way of centralising show-specific information within Tessitura, but wonder what other folk use.

Hi Vanessa,
We originally used synopsis for this info, but switched to using a custom screen built on the production level. This allowed to us to create a more structured screen set-up - we have designated boxes for onsale dates, pre-sales, offers, delivery restrictions and general notes about the show.
