Our organization uses an invoice payment method to pay off season ticket subscriptions that elect to pay in installments. We recently upgraded to V15 and noticed that - depending on the User Group - some users are required to type in the Name in the payment window whereas it pre-populates from the account for other users. We would like it to pre-populate for all user groups but we were unable to find the security setting, payment setting, etc. that controlled that. It is a required field. Any suggestions appreciated!
