Seat List by Patron/Constituant ID?

Hello!

I was wondering if there's a report to create a list of seats per patron/constituant ID? 

I'm in group sales and I already create a map per performance using the "As Group Seat Locations by Price Type" to generate a map of where my groups are sitting, but now I'm wondering if there's a way to generate such a thing but in a list format. I currently must type out: "Group A: Row L Seats 1, 2, 3" etc... which can get tiresome when I have 500+ patrons attending. 

I've also tried using "Constituent Profile" but that only accounts for seats paid, and isn't quite what I'm looking for.
