I'm wondering if anyone out there has successfully customized the TNEW confirmation email to reflect refunds/exchanges/returns accurately? I'm beginning to doubt that one dynamic confirmation that works perfectly for normal orders but also our complicated exchanges/returns is possible. But I figured I would check here first.
We are currently working with Tessitura Consulting to customize our confirmation, and although they've improved how our confirmations reflect the things we sell (performance tickets, contributions, gift certificates) we haven't been able to totally nail a confirmation that works with all of our needs, specifically with our exchanges.
While the order summary is usually correct (deleting what is returned/exchanged and inputting the new performance), I'm finding that the totals sections are wonky and would not make sense to your average customer.
Eager to see if anyone has achieved this!
