We are using QuickSale for our walkup classes -
relative performances - but the problem we have is there are sometimes 2-3 classes on the same day at the same time - so only 1 shows on Quicksale.
they are in the same season and production season -
using start of day and end of day Sequence 1... so only 1 7:30pm class shows when there are 3...
any thoughts?
Have 3 Performance Relative buttons each with a different Sequence number assigned to the button. A button with Sequence 2 would be the 2nd performance on that day. Otherwise, You may need to have your performances start 1 minute apart.
Thanks Neil.
I quess for now I will have to do one minute apart... but that will start confusing online purchasers once we get there....
Guess it is time for an enhancement request.
I also thought you could set the performances to be 1 second apart instead of 1 minute. The issue is that within the app you do not have access to the seconds portion. The weird thing is that when you copy a performance, you do have access to the seconds portion of the Datetime data.
You could have someone who has access to SSMS at your organization add 1 second to whatever you are calling the 2nd performance and then add 2 seconds to the 3rd one. I don't think the seconds show up for a performance time online (but you would double check that). Hopefully, you designed your perf_code so they can easily figure out a query. If you wanted to go this route, have them do this in TEST first as a proof of concept.
