Looking for verification on two sides of the same question:
1. Reprinting all tickets with all delivery methods for a given performance using Batch Ticket Printing will NOT resend new PAH emails to patrons whose original orders were using PAH delivery, correct? We are looking at a scenario where we will need to reissue all tickets for a certain performance, but do not want any emails getting out inadvertently before we make the announcement to the affected patrons
2. If we *wanted* to resend all PAH tickets by email, is there any way to do that en masse? Any way other than going through order by order to request a PAH reprint on each separate order?
Hi Erin,
1) Doing a reprint via the application will not trigger PAH to be resent. This will invalidate all of the previously sent out PAH ticket barcodes however and all existing PAH tickets will not scan. I have done a workaround where I 'reissued' old barcodes onto new tickets but it is a bit of work to script that out.
2) If you did want to resend all PAH tickets via email that is possible by there is a huge caveat that the PAH service runs on the entire order so in order for the PAH service to resend tickets for this performance, the *entire* order will be resent via PAH. But that is the same thing that would happen if you went order by order and requested PAH reprint.
