I was hoping to get an idea of how you use the Special Request button in a subscription order. We've always used the Notes field or a CSI for seating preferences and any miscellaneous notes in the past, but we've been noting more and more items and we're running out of precious space and I would like to consolidate the information into one area. I'm also interested in how you are using the Category field in that screen.
Looking at the Package Seating Report with Sp Req, I know we will need to modify the output to show what we need. If you have any specialized reporting that you use for your seating, we'd love to see your examples as well.
