Not sure if this is a Ticketing, Membership, or TNEW question, as it involves all 3...
Our members are entitled to a free ticket for themselves (or however many people are covered by their membership), and a 50% discount on regular prices for any guests not covered by their membership. I have pricing rules set up to fire when a member logs in to the website that will give them whatever amount of free tickets they qualify for, but I can't figure out how to discount any additional tickets they add to cart.
Does anyone else have a similar set up? How do you handle honoring multiple membership benefits in one transaction, if not by using Pricing Rules?
Any help or insight is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Mike,
Only one pricing rule can be applied per product, so they way to handle this is to start all of the tickets at 50% off with a ranking based MOS shift at log in (to a member MOS that gives access to 50% off tickets) then use the pricing rule to comp the appropriate number of tickets based on the membership. Just be sure that your pricing rule includes the 50% off tickets in the qualifying price types and include the rule in a rule set associated with the Member MOS.
I hope that helps,
Kevin Sheehan
Thanks Kevin! I couldn't remember if it was only once per product, or only once per qualified criteria (if two rules are set to fire with same constituency, the first one ranked would fire but not the second). You've cleared that up for me! I'm vaguely familiar with the MOS shift setup, and will pursue that.
Thanks again,
