TC51 - automatically clicks the OK button

We are setting up our new TC51 NScan devices and while testing them are not able to get the device to automatically click the GO button after scanning a ticket (per the documentation info below). Is any other organization using these newer devices successfully? If so, can you point me in the right direction of the setup step we might have missed?

Scanning a barcode populates the Validation Data field and automatically clicks the OK button. N-Scan then validates the scanned data by communicating with Tessitura.

    Issues of this type are most frequently related to the scanning settings on the device. Two things I would suggest checking:

    1. In the Admin settings for the scanner (Tools > Admin Settings > System tab), check that the Scanner drop-down is set to a value other than “None”. There should only be one other option, typically “Symbol”, but make sure it is not “None.”
    2. Once the scanner value in the application is set, check the DataWedge profile for the device. Back out of N-Scan and, from the applications listed on the scanner, start the DataWedge app. The app will list all profiles available for the device. Only the N-Scan profile should be active; all the others should be inactive (greyed out). If they are not, click on each profile that is active to open it, then uncheck the Enable checkbox. Make sure only the N-Scan profile is left active.

    Restart the N-Scan application on the devices and try scanning again.
