We are setting up our new TC51 NScan devices and while testing them are not able to get the device to automatically click the GO button after scanning a ticket (per the documentation info below). Is any other organization using these newer devices successfully? If so, can you point me in the right direction of the setup step we might have missed?
Scanning a barcode populates the Validation Data field and automatically clicks the OK button. N-Scan then validates the scanned data by communicating with Tessitura.

Issues of this type are most frequently related to the scanning settings on the device. Two things I would suggest checking:
Restart the N-Scan application on the devices and try scanning again.
1. Yes, it is set to Scanner.
2. Yup, all done.
Still not able to get the device to "click" the GO button after scanning the ticket.
