Pricing Rules only on certain price zones

HI,  I'm trying to solve a pricing rule issue.  We have a pricing rule set up to change the price type when  full price tickets are added to a basket however this offer is only available on two price zones.  When someone adds 4 tickets in an exempt price zone rather than leaving this as full price Tess issues an error saying the price type is not associated with the prize zone.

Any help would be appreciated

    Are you trying to control the zones within the pricing rule itself, or in the performance pricing tab? To avoid an error message, you should use this functionality in the pricing rule (when you add performances to the rule, you can choose zones in that same window). That way, you can have all pricetypes valid at every zone within the performance - it just won't trigger on the non-eligible zones. Or is that how you've already set it up and you're still getting an error?
