We're seeing a significant increase in sales by third party sellers however we don't know anything about the patrons who attend using those tickets. By Third party sellers, I mean unauthorized sellers who buy our tickets at full price, then re-sell on their own sites often in US dollars and for at least double the price (often triple). We're thinking of reaching out using seat notes or maybe an NSCAN message in the hopes of connecting directly with those patrons in the future. Has anyone does this? If so, how did you connect with these patrons and what did you say to them? We're not sure if we should give them a survey, or just ask them to join our email list so they can buy directly from us in the future. We are also hoping to learn more about where and when they purchased.
