Mass-creating CSIs

Hi all,

Curious if anyone out there has any experience creating the same CSI for multiple accounts / all constituents in a list. We'd like to use them to add that a benefits package has been sent to a group of members, and while I can't figure this out with a canned report, I'm sure someone out there has a solution that has worked for them. Please let me know!

Hi Max,

There are a couple of really good utilities in TASK (no disrespect to Nick's solution!):

solution #371 Create CSI Bulk Utility

solution #173 Close Customer Service Issues Report

I have downloaded both and they work really well.

Now I'm off to see if I can get Nick's SQL code!
