List of people set-up with automatic payments

Are you talking about schedules in the order or in the invoices?  I know you can run the aged receivables report to see who still owes on the invoices.  As for the order schedules, you could run a list based on subs summary (season, amount paid > 1 , amount due > 1).  There might be another way but that was the first thing I thought of.   If it is not subs you could use order search to look for all partially paid orders.

Thanks for your response.  I think those are both good ways of finding them, but we’re looking for something that’s a bit more specific to only people who are set up with payment plans.  I’m afraid I’m not familiar with setting up schedules on the invoices.  Do you have any more information about that you might be able to share?  Currently we’re only setting up payment plans in the orders.  Thanks again for your help!

If you are talking about constituents with payment schedules on ticket orders, you can use the Ticket Order Billing utility but set it to run in preview mode by setting Update Transactions to No.  You can then save the results to a list by selecting Save as List from the file menu.  You can do the same thing with the Invoice Billing utility if these are payment schedules on invoices.

You can also access this document through your help system by selecting the utility and then clicking the Report Help button.
