I usually run a Performance Sales Analysis for our box office report. I just noticed today that the reports are very off in terms of sales and attendance. I was selling tickets for a film we were screening at 1pm on Friday, Sept. 28. I know for a fact that we had over 30 paid attendees, but when I pulled the report for this specific day, I only see 4 paid attendees on my report. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Were you able to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated. I did double check my parameters and everything is set to what I usually do. Any help would be appreciated.
