Hey there,
When we try to use the Hold Seats function on the scanner, we get the following message: "Error... Cannot reach server - hold not applied"
Has anyone had this sort of issue with your scanners? To provide some clarity, it is checking the seat because the constituents name or hold status pops up, as well as when we scan a ticket it updates in the seat map and applies the attendance scan. All other features of nscan work in real time, except for this feature.
Any ideas?
