Single Ticket Exchanges Online

Hello All,

     We have recently decided to allow single ticket exchanges. In the past we have always only done exchanges for subscribers. We would like our single ticket buyers to be able to exchange online like our subscribers do. The problem we are running into is that tickets must be printed to be exchanged. This works for our subscribers as we print and mail all those tickets, but single tickets are held at will call and are historically not printed until the day before a performance. We are looking at and working toward the implementation of print at home tickets which would certainly help with this but are not there yet. How do those of you who allow single ticket exchanges handle this? Do you allow single ticket exchanges online? If so how do you store all those tickets? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
