I've just restructured my department and it has resulted in several new posts. Our training is a little out of date and I was wondering if anyone has any materials they would be happy to share or tips that they find really work?

Hi Kerry, It depends on their roles and the level of expected use in Tessitura... Everytime I've run a training session, I've had to significantly rewrite and review existing documentation.Generally find working off the Tessitura training agendas works well, as long as the trainer is confident navigating the topics and tailoring it the unique uses and customisations of your organisation.
