We are sending out two different pre-sale offers for the same set of performances which are accessed via an embedded promo link. Offer 1 includes Subscriber price and Child price. Offer 2 includes Standard price and Child price. Our problem is when the Child price type is attached to both offers, the performances show up as not available online. Is it not possible to have the same price type attached to two different offers with overlapping dates? And if that’s not it, any other ideas what might be wrong? Both offers have their own source and MOS. Thanks for any insight!
