An attendant did not realize they were selling a seat with no chair(ADA) so there was confusion on day of show as the patron showed up and had no where to sit. Now the attendants are asking for some sort of pop-up to be displayed when selling that type of "seat". We are on 14.1.

Do they sell in the Seat Type tab in the seating map? That would show that the seat they are selecting has a specific seat type. Or what I have done for a few weeks, is put a VS_Notification_Message in system tables ("Remember to familiar yourself with wheelchair accessible seating"). As kind of a reminder to operators. These types of messages appear as a pop up window upon login.
