Venue Collection Reports

Trying to find out how many tickets were ‘venue collection’ (and which venue), and how many were counter (i.e. walk ups).

Ran single sale order listing report, with the same parameters and it’s coming up with different numbers compared to when I run a sql query on the T_order tables.

Any suggestions?

    Hi, can you share your SQL query used for comparison as well as the parameters and report name used when running your Tess report?  Are 'venue collection' and walk up different modes of sale? Is that the analysis you are looking for--a MOS comparison? For all price types cats (or groups) or something specific?
