Hello, Does anyone if there is a size limit on PAH tickets? We have a large order (308 tickets over 12 performances of Nutcracker) that we wanted to do as PAH but it is not sending. We are a RAMP organization.
Any thoughts?

I had this problem at my previous organization. We put too many images into our ticket design, making the file size huge, and any order of more than two tickets wouldn't send. I'm not sure what the file size restriction is, but I know there's one that exists. If you find a way to make it send, you still might run into issues with the recipient domain not allowing large files as attachments.
Good luck!

I figured as much. I did do a test and one ticket for us is 165kb and 100 tickets was 15mb. This ticket is also probably more stripped than other PAH we send so I can imagine some PAH being 200kb a ticket. The 100 tickets did come through just fine to my work email. However, we have a pretty significant size limit on attachments for received emails.
Also.....Amy's birthday cube decorations were AWESOME!!!!!!!
Chris,
The size limit for PAH tickets is going to depend on attachment size limits imposed by the email provider on both the sending and receiving ends. Most of the mainstream email providers (GMail, Yahoo, Comcast, ATT, etc) have attachment limits in the 20mb-25mb range. Some are less than that.
