I have been looking through the documentation and am not sure that I can nail this one down. Right now a Credit Card payment method only appears in the payment window when we uncheck the Authorize Online box for each payment method. However when we do that we receive an error when we try to swipe a credit card with the reader. I must be missing something... any ideas?

Sorry it is the Use Card Reader that is unchecked- not the Authorize online. I clearly need more coffee this morning,
Janna, what you're seeing is expected behavior. The Use Card Reader box should only be checked on EMV payment methods. These payment methods are automatically selected when you activate the EMV device by clicking on the EMV button in the Payment Window.
