We have fixed series, flex series and super packages.
Does anyone do print at home tickets for their initial Subscription Tickets mailing? We send out a bulk of our subscription tickets from a print house/mail house and fancy sheet style stock. I print to file then send that large file to a print house. As subs gets sold throughout the season we mail tickets on plain Boca stock.
Any insight would be great.
We are on V. 12.1.2 and TNEW v6.

We've thought about PAH subscription tickets but because there are so many tickets per order, the pdf becomes too big for the email to send. So we've stuck to mail for subscriptions.

Yea, that is what I thought too. I know there is a separate forum post on size. I wonder if anyone knows the size limit of a PDF to be sent to a home email address?

Attachment size limit for the major email providers is around 20mb-25mb. Not all providers are this large though. There is also likely a limit imposed by the provider that hosts your email on the maximum attachment size that you can send. Todd T
