Weekly Orders by worker Reporting

I'm working with a group sales manager who would like to be able to report on all orders per week for a particular group sales solicitor/worker.  This needs to show the customer and dollar amounts. Does anyone have a stand report or method to do this?  I've got to imagine that this is a very typical request.  Although I'm not finding this is a quick look at the documentation.  T-Stats is not working for us because it will not show the specific orders just aggregate dollar amounts.  Any thoughts would be helpful.

  • Hi Tom,

We actually had to have Tessitura create a custom report for us to do this. We need the information frequently enough that it was worth it to avoid creating a work-around that would need to be manipulated and formatted outside of Tessitura every time.  The parameters are:

And it outputs the following columns:

    - Mode of Sale

    - Solicitor

    - Visit Date

    - Order #

    - Constituent ID

    - Constituent Name

    - Perf Description

    - Perf Time

    - # Tickets

    - Subtotal Paid

    - Subtotal Balance

    - Total Paid

    - Total Due

    - Order Notes

    - Last Modified Date

    - Custom Order Fields

It's listing each performance in an order as a row so the number of tickets and subtotal columns will be aggregate information for that performance.  Therefore, each order may have multiple rows with all of the other information repeated in each one.  (We didn't want to merge any cells because then we couldn't sort and filter after exporting to Excel.)

I hope this helps as a jumping off point!
