Hi All:We are up and running on pricing rules, and almost all are functioning well. However, we have discovered that constituency based pricing rules can be seen (but not 'chosen') by the general public on occasion. Our 'staff offer' has been seen by a few patrons who were not logged in at the time. Obviously this is embarrassing, and something we'd like to correct.
We are using 'price type change' based on the staff constituency. Our website is on Adage's Ace platform. I'd love to hear from anyone who has a clue as to why this is happening.

Mark, I am very interested in following this thread. We are just beginning the process of switching to the ACE platform from Adage and will be using pricing rules for the first time with them.
