Does your venue charge fees for tickets left in will call or mailed? Thank you!
HI Denise, we do not have HABO fees, but do have a shipping fee, on top of our order fee. HABO tickets only get the order fee.
Denise, We charge the same fee for any over-the-phone orders and internet orders regardless of whether the tickets are held at will-call or mailed. When a patron purchases tickets in-person, there are no fees charged.

At the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, we charge $X for Will Call and $Y for mailed tickets via USPS. There is also a $NN charge to FedEx your tix. Ultimately, we charge the WC fee to encourage print-at-home/mobile delivery.
