I have set up an editable price type with a minimun price across certain performances for our box office staff to use for reducing ticket prices for certain customers affected by disruption. The problem is that it works when a fresh order is loaded but not when an existing order is loaded to be discounted within the same order. Does anyone know why? Have I missed something or is this normal?
