Hi all - Is there a straightforward way to search on a custom order field? We enter PO #s in a custom order field for school group visits, but have found that we often receive a payment from a district rather than the school that visited, and they rarely include our order #. Makes it a bit time consuming to find the order and enter the payment. Thanks for any assistance!

We encounter this issue a lot as well. We had someone in our IT department add our PO Number custom order field as a list criteria element so we can search for constituents who have a specific PO number. Then once we find the constituent record we can access their order history and open invoices to put the payment where it needs to go.
