The Operations/IT Program Manager (OITPM) is the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center’s (DPAC) application administrator for Ungerboeck and Tessitura software. Ungerboeck is the event management software application that is used for scheduling all five of DPAC’s performing venues and all support spaces. Tessitura is the ticketing software application that is used for ticketing all events at DPAC. The OITPM is the point of contact, and is responsible, for all scheduling requests at DPAC. The OITPM works collaboratively with all center staff, academic departments, technical support, and internal and external constituents. Events scheduled by the OITPM include: classes, rehearsals, performances, lectures, meetings, screenings and special events that take place at DPAC. The OITPM works independently supporting and optimizing DPAC’s staff usage of Ungerboeck and Tessitura. Specific technical solutions include but are not limited to custom scripting, reporting, record filtering, setting up and maintaining appropriate access permissions. The OITPM will provide first level response to software issues, and if needed, manage correspondence with vendor technical support. The OITPM provides consultation services to center staff by initiating moderately complex projects to improve process efficiency and ongoing training to staff. The OITPM works closely with the Marketing team to provide support for the department’s website especially as it interfaces with DPAC’s other specialty software.
