While we sell most of our own tickets we also import sales from the venue.
All tickets sold at this particular venue have Booking Fee, Ticket Layer and Inside Charge which add up to the Face value of the ticket.
Recently there have been one or two price types added during the onsale period that don't have the correct booking fee (but added up to the correct face value).
I recall that I was able to update the event pricing directly or use season maintenance to fix anything like this before but the changes are not pulling through on reporting.
Any ideas?
