Is anyone printing (or reprinting) Boca receipts for $0 orders? When a receipt is requested for a $0 order, we are currently printing order acknowledgements, which is not ideal because we have to print to a standard printer. And because receipts are associated with Payment Methods, Tessitura has told me there is no way to generate $0 receipts. Suggestions appreciated!
We ran into the same issue. We created a header that prints on a BOCA receipt that serves the purpose we need, the ticketing agents needs to remember to select the header when printing though (or go back in to reprint). The process works relatively well, but isn't ideal.
