Unseated Super Packages

Does anyone know of a way to enter an order for a super package subscription without seating it and still be able to pay it.  The issue I'm finding is that a total due does not populate if the package isn't seated.  I get fees, but no package totals.  Is there a way to get the total due and pay it without seating it.  We don't have this problem with fixed seat regular package orders.

    For any unseated line item you have to select a price zone in order to calculate the amount due.  For a super package, you have to select a price zone for the sub packages in order to calculate an amount due.  Check the Pkg Details box in the lower left of the screen to display the sub packages and then select the zone for each sub package line item.  You also need to be sure that you have a number of seats entered at the super package line item level, but I’m guessing you already know that part.

    I know this is an old post, but I just ran into a problem with this scenario! We just rolled over into superpackages for the first time and I have some orders with errors as not all sub packages are present (some of our subscribers did not have tickets in this facility the previous season). I was hoping to be able to just assign a zone to the unseated venue so as to make the end price correct, then seat on renewal. However, it seems that I am unable to do anything with the zone in this scenario. Am I missing something? Is there any solution other than seating them prior to renewals?
