Hello!
We're in the process of setting up our Group Sales online. Our Group discounts are offered for purchases of 10 or more tickets. As of now, if a patron reserves 10 or more tickets online, they do not receive the Group discount- the only way to take advantage of the discount is to call or submit a form. We would like to take away this barrier and allow patrons to reserve online AND receive the discount. We would also like to implement a messaging rule to fire once a patron has 7-9 tickets in their cart - letting them know if they reserve 10 or more they qualify for the Group discount. Is anyone doing anything like this? If so what was your preferred setup and did you encounter any negative feedback?

Hi Lisa - Would love to know if you decide to do this and how you implement. Not sure if this applies to you but the challenge we have here at Boston Ballet is that our group discounts vary by day of the week and performance. We would have to set up individual pricing rules based on what performance gets what discount. Then, when we remove or lower the discount, we’d have to remember to go back in and adjust any applicable pricing rules. Thanks!
