Hi,
I have this error that's bugging me for the past days and I can't find a solution!
Basically after we upgraded to the new Tess 14.1.3 all the SSRS and custom reports are not working when scheduled in the report server, there's not much in the log to help me to understand, below the errors generated:
Error|296625|Bad Request [basecom.externalexception.3]
Error|296625|Error processing request.
Error|296625|Report snapshot request has failed. See log for errors.
Has anyone had a similar issue? All the reports work perfectly from Tessitura client, and the infomaker ones works in the schedule. Or in case how do I set the log for errors?
I raised a Task but between replies it's taking time and I need to sort this asap.
If anyone has any suggestion, please let me know.

I'm experiencing the same issue with one of our standard ssrs reports since we upgraded to 14.1, did you find an answer to your issue?

Yes we did! We followed the solution provided here: https://community.tessituranetwork.com/tessitura_software_forums/f/tessitura_shared_reports-9/13145/cannot-schedule-ssrs-reports/41074
Even if there were the rights granted into the sharedreports, we had to refresh them (as we moved into another reportserver)
Not sure if it's your case as in our case all the scheduled reports were not running!
