Does anyone know if in Price Details:
"Editing the total ticket price allocates a new total ticket price proportionally across all selected sub line items, respecting minimum prices and non-editable price layers".
I am trying to use the ALLOCATE feature to allocate a $50 off discount on an unseated package. I checked the minimum and editable boxes on my price type but it still will not calculate the $50 off. Is it not working because it is a superpackage and/or it is an entirely unseated order?
I haven't used this feature specifically, but I know that generally speaking an SLI must be seated in order to alter its price. I would guess that if you seated the order you would be able to do this successfully.
