Hello everyone,
I'm having a heck of time trying to figure out what security settings I need to adjust to allow adding notes on ticket orders, when opening an order from the order tab in an account or from reporting (like package order listing). Does anyone out there know which security setting I need to adjust to allow this?

Const Orders Tab - Edit rights grants ability to edit in order details window (if the user also has rights to the order's MOS).
