I just built our new season and have just begun to test it out. So far all single events have tested perfectly for purchasing and printing tickets. Now the problem is with our subscription packages.
When I purchase a subscription ticket and pay it, the sub line item still shows the package as seated unpaid, and I get an error message when trying to print or close the order:
Error in updating sub_lineitem table..rolling back
Could Not Save&Print this order due to a database error
SQL Code 2812
I get this message for all but one of my packages - the lone package that works is attached to a different seating map. For the seating map that is not working for packages though, single performance level events are purchased and printed no problem, so I'm at a loss.
I noticed in the knowledge base there is a match that claimed the problem was with nested triggers in the SQL Server, however I'm not sure where to locate that on our server.
Can anyone help?
