We are looking for a way to program an instant rebate on the total of our 3 and 6 pack subscriptions. We were looking to do this through Pricing Set Up - Discounts and configured it as an amount and not as an percentage. Un fortunately, the instant rebate applies to all fees and all seats in this package. We would like to set it up as a singular rebate on the total amount due instead. Any ideas?

Sadly, there currently isn't functionality to discount off the order total (I know it's something MANY users want). We had a situation here at The Smith Center where our Broadway subscribers were getting roughly a 10% discount off their packages...but we couldn't show this discount to the tour companies. We rolled the orders into the 10% off subscription price type for renewal and then had to manually adjust the price type to the full price. To offset the discount, we created a payment method to pay off that amount that our patrons were supposed to have as a discount. It's rather clunky, but currently, this is the only option we could find to do an order discount. This was also what our implementer suggested to do as well when we were setting up this packaging....because of the inability to discount order totals.
