I am not sure what was/is the best location for this inquiry so i placed it in Admin/IT and Ticketing as it falls under both categories.
Is anyone using v14 resources for their tours? If yes, I would love to pick your brains about details/set up etc. Are you creating a ticketed event? How do you handle multiple tours per day? (one event with multiple zones vs multiple events)? Any reporting advice/suggestions.

Do you mean like public tours where tickets can be bought by the public or private tours that are say booked in advanced and scheduled? Essentially, we use one Perf for each public tour (4-5 a day!), but use resource scheduling for all our private tours and school programs. I can go into more detail the private tour scenario is what you are looking for.
