trbo and card swipes

Hi all, (hooray for Friday!)

 

Wondering if this is a ‘just us’ thing, or if others have had the same…  when we swipe a credit card when using our TRBOs (we’re using  the Motorola ET1s), while it’s populating the card number, it’s not actually pulling in the expiration date too, and users are having to manually enter that part in.  Has anyone else seen this, or are we just special (and any ideas on how to make it pull the date)?
