Has anyone ever had to do delayed delivery for an event or paperless ticketing using tessitura? This is something we have utilized with Ticketmaster in the past and want to see if it something that we can do with tessitura?
Hey Scott,
Not sure if this actually fits with what you're trying to achieve, but I know Sydney Opera House has done some thinking around delayed delivery for all PAHT orders. Maybe try getting in touch with Krystal Nolan or Anna Duric to see technically what they did and how they did it.

Hi Scott,
Absolutely happy to chat about our delayed delivery script that Beau has mentioned below. Before the invention of the Delayed delivery script for PAHT,for situations where we needed to delay delivery on PAHT, post and even walk up sales, we would use the printing flag in the Performance set up and only turn it on when we were happy to send. Of course this allows all delivery methods to be sent at once. Feel free to contact me if you want more info on our custom delayed delivery script.

Hi,
We did delayed delivery a lot a Roy Thomson Massey Hall. We had a delayed delivery method in place and tied it to a special MOS. This gave us a chance to review orders when needed to make sure patrons were staying within quantity limits. We then had a bit of SQL which would be run to change the delivey method to PAH or whatever was needed.
Have any RAMP environments gotten this to work properly? I seem to be stuck with MOS changing but not being able to actually send all the tickets.
SO has anyone made this into a report inside Tessitura. I would love "pass the baton" to our Patron Experience Manager to send it out... Any advice would be great!
Hi Mary, sorry for picking up this thread but I've just faced the same issue - I've tested the PAH script on various shows that took place the same day (special events) but this is the first time I've tested it on orders in the past - did you find a resolution?
There is a setting in PAH for number of days since order... Support ticket and the team updated the setting to farther back in my RAMP environment.
