Hi all,
A new, higher tax is being imposed on all of our 2010/11 subscriptions as of May 1st (our launch is this week, Feb 26). So, as of 12:01am on May 1, any subscriber who hasn't renewed will have to pay 8% more. I need to make sure that anyone who logs onto their account online sees a revised order with the new taxes included.
How should I do that? Can I do a second roll-over for all unpaid subscription orders midway through our subscription renewal campain? Any suggestions?
