I am testing a pricing rule for one of our flex packages in TNEW 6.
What I want is for the 5 event mix 'n match package to be 30% off, but only if they buy seats in our highest priced zones.
I set up the pricing rule for the Package; and selected only the zones I want the discount to be offered in. Our flex packages are currently all unseated at this point online.
When I add a 5 event flex package to my cart where the five events have the same zone selected for each performance, it works fine.
But when I add the same 5 event flex package to my cart where the five events have a combination of zones (ie- two events have the highest priced zone selected; three event have the lowest zone selected), the pricing rules doesn't trigger.
What am I missing? In pricing rules set up, I have the option to select what zones I want the rule to be applied for--so why is it not triggering properly?
