I need to replace my eight year old box office microphones and wondered if anyone has a suggestion on a specific brand or model that works for them?
Currently we have the AIPHONE which consists of an inside microphone box and gooseneck mic with an outside strip that contains the speaker. We have a very small lobby and the external noise makes it very difficult for patrons to hear us through the window.
We can't put any holes through the glass, so we rely solely on the microphone system.
Any suggestions on systems would be greatly appreciated.
