Hi,
I am wanting to use the Price Rule Message data element on one of our ticket designs. I have set up a rule with the Message Type as (ticket text) and put a Price Rule Message data element onto the ticket template in Ticket Design but nothing is printing on the ticket. Does anybody use Message on their ticket text and can anyone advise on what I night be missing.

Did you assign it to the Set and MOS?
I did yes. We then tested the rule using a message in the orders window to check that the setup on the message was correct.
Does the Price Type which is associated with the Pricing Rules Message have the Ticket Design with that Price Rule Message assigned to it (in the Performance you are using it in)?
I know this ticket is very old but I am running into this issue. Did you ever figure out a solution? I'm in a consortia, so I am wondering if there isn't some sort of control group funkiness preventing the messaging from pulling through :(
