We're considering implementing group sales for our web MOS, but a quantity limit was put in place on web orders several years ago by someone no longer with the organization. Does anyone know of a way to remove those quantity limits on certain price types? We'd like to keep certain ticket types restricted but I'm not able to locate anything in Price Types, Pricing Rules, MOS, or SysTables to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Sarah,
The limit is set in the web config file and not in the application itself. If you're a RAMP user you can submit a TASK ticket to get this updated or if you have it in house your system admin would be able to update this.
