We're relatively new users to the Tessitura system so have a few things to troubleshoot! Currently our customer's order history isn't appearing in their account online on the history tab. I have looked within the TNEW settings and we have the order dates set blank, meaning that any history they have should be pulling through online but it's not.
Are there other factors missing as to why the webAPI can't see and display orders?

Hello Kat,
I remember as if TNEW account history shows orders that were placed using the web MOS only. Could it be that the orders the patron has were not web orders?

If you give the Web User access to the other Modes of Sale in security it will pull non-web orders into the online history. We've been testing and recently did this.
