Hi all,
I'm looking to do an NCOA cleanse with Experian and interested in getting some advice from someone who has used Experian. What is what best way to pull the data out of Tessitura for Experian? What does the process look like for putting the data from Experian back into Tessitura? Any other advice related to the process?
Thanks in advance,
Madison
Check out the standard NCOA utility that comes with Tessitura. You may need to transform the data a bit to meet Experian’s input data format. You may also need to transforms Experians formats to be re-importable throught this standard Tessitura utility. MS Excel Power Query or MS excel v 2016 are my favorite tool for making these transformations quick and easy. This will work as long as you are working with 1 million records or less. Let me know if I can help
I have tried using the standard NCOA utility to export the account information and it looks like the report is counting the number of accounts in the system but not displaying the actual account numbers, names, addresses, etc. Any advice?
In the Export Mode, there is an Export File Name in the parameters. The utility will create the export file in that location. I often set this path to the same path as the Extraction Exports. (It is important that both the users and system have access to this location. This parameter has to be written out relative to the server. Not your local workstation.
